Hi,

is it possible to check before calling LoadBarState whether there really is information about toolbars customization available?

Reason: if my application is started for the very first time for a user no customization info is available in registry/file and therefore no toolbars are shown.

However our user should see the toolbars ;-)

How to handle this right?
