I got it figured out. Hi,
 
Just put CommandBars control inside PictureBox and PictureBox in Groupbox. This way you can position commandbars (menu or toolbar) yourself by positioning PictureBox (in code) inside GroupBox

Is there a way to get a command bar in the middle of a form? All my attempt have given me a bar at the top/right/left/bottom of the form.
