Shift+F1 gives you a nice help-arrow. It works for ribbon-controls, but clicking on...

1) Ribbon tabs -> yields an error: "Failed to launch help."
2) Ribbon groups -> takes you to the main index (even if you have specified a HID).
3) Ribbon popup menu -> menu is not expanded. Basically, sub-items are not context-help-aware!
 
I have to say this is rather bad. Is it possible to add support for this in 14.0? Should be fairly easy...
