Set the style of the button to xtpButtonCaption.

CXTPRibbonBar* pRibbonBar = (CXTPRibbonBar*)GetCommandBars()->GetMenuBar();
pRibbonBar->GetSystemButton()->SetStyle(xtpButtonCaption);
