I Need add a CXTPControlCustom ctrl to be added on the ribbon bar, which originally is a dialog with a few MFC ctrls on it.

When I finished that, I find that the CXTPControlCustom ctrls don't have tooltips like other codejock ctrls on the ribbon.
 Even manully I succeed  adding tooltip to one ctrl, the tooltip's style is different with other ctrl on the ribbon, it does not include icon, just a yellow rectangle with text.
That confuses me a lot, if there any solution to it. Is it a bug of CXTPControlCustom.
even i override the cdialog function octlcolor and OnEraseBkgnd with my color, still it cannot seems perfectly nice like other ctrls.
here is the dialog without the octlcolor and OnEraseBkgnd  functions overrided.
