Wouldnt it be easier to add "Resizing" and "Resized" to the DockingPaneAction Enumeration rather than say "Sometimes you should use the Docking pane resize event and sometimes you should use the command bars resize event"

For the last hour I have been trying all sorts of work arounds with repositioning controls when a docked window is resized. It is only now that I have refered to the documentation that I have found out that the docking pane resize event isnt called if the command bars is linked.

Whilst this might be optimal for your code it isnt very intuitive or functional for me as an end user.
