m_ctrlCalendar.Create(WS_CHILD | WS_TABSTOP | WS_VISIBLE, rcCalendar, this, IDC_CALENDAR_CTRL_ID);

m_wndCalendarCaptionBar.Create(WS_CHILD | WS_TABSTOP | WS_VISIBLE, CRect(0, 0, 0, 0), this, ID_CALENDARCAPTIONBAR_CONTROL);

where you dialog class has:

CXTPCalendarControl m_ctrlCalendar;

CXTPCalendarCaptionBarControl m_wndCalendarCaptionBar;

I have the demo version and have an MFC project with a dialog. I want to slap a calendar control into that dialog. I found the Codejock menu item under tools but no control palette entries, etc.
 
Where do I find that control? How do I get one into my project?
