I'll try to reproduce it. I don't know how to reproduce this, but I've seen it a couple of times.
 
If I select rows using ctrl, shift, ctrl+shift and make different selections a couple of times -- and then drag the records to another report control, I get a crash. Hard to reproduce, but I know there is a bug somewhere in the selection code!
