Hi,
 
With Markup you need Manually handle all Markup events. Makup's Hyperlink manually handle ButtonDown/ButtonUp and PopupControl don't have chance to notify them.

13.2.1.

Inside my popup control I have a markup hyperlink. When I click it, I do NOT receive XTP_PCN_ITEMCLICK. However, when I click any other item I do receive it.
