 I have a CXTShellListCtrlEx that shows files and folders.  However, I cannot seem to do the following:

  1. Paste a file that I copied by right-clicking and selecting 'Copy' into a folder because the context menu does not have a 'Paste" option.
  2. Rename a file or folder by right-clicking because 'Rename' is not in the context menu.
  3. Move a file into a folder by dragging it onto a folder.

 These are standard operations in Windows Explorer.  So, what do I have to do to get the standard behavior?

 Note: this is reproducable in the CodeJock WinExplorer sample.
