I'm sorry, I've already found out.

You should simply include the correct .rc file from the Styles directory.

Dear forum,

In the samples, the styles (blue, black, aqua, scenic) etc. use a dll and an ini file.

I'd like to have my application fixed to scenic, all in one executable.

Is there a way to get everything statically linked, including the ini file (that seems to be required)?
