I'm trying to get a simple combo box into a toolbar. I am using the "OnCreateControl" message handler to do this and it all works fine when calling "LoadToolbar" with an explicit resource ID. Where it all falls over is when I try to do this by loading the XCB file from the command bars designer app. It looks like the "LoadDesignerBars" method doesn't send the create control messages.
