Codejock have replied and offered a workround of adding the listview control to the 'dummy' form as win7 loads some DLL's after the skinframeworks. I guess you could try the same with the preview control??

Hope this helps.

Pete.

We use a dummy form in certain project to handle the skin application for other forms in the project as these projects do not have the same form starting all the time. This DOESNT occur when we have a single form that opens and has the SkinFramwork control on it.

So this issue is this, when the subsequent form loads the scrollbar is disabled. If we do not apply a skin (loadskin "","") the scrollbar works merrily.

The scroll bar is on the standard listview control. We have version 13.1 of the codejock controls 13.1 and the latest Windows common controls as per this download (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=CB824E35-0403-45C4-9E41-459F0EB89E36&displaylang=en)

Please find the sample project attatched.

Many thanks in advance,

Pete.

uploads/20090929_233446_Win7.zip
