Hi Jason,
 
You could use Row.Index in BeforeDrawRow event to determine what the index of last visible row is

Is there any way to get the BottomRowIndex (as a compliment to TopRowIndex) or at least a VisibleRowCount so that we can calculate the bottom row index ourselves?

If there is no way, can a method be provided?
