I bet it can't find or use Codejock.SkinFramework.v13.1.0.ocx (or whatever you have renamed it to). I got this error when I ran my app in another pc(my app used VB6,using Xtreme SkinFramework Active)
Component 'COC8FC~1.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

where is COC8FC~1.OCX?
I searched but failed
