Unless you have a better idea that I haven't thought of, I think the Is_X_Cursor/Mouse tracking hand-off would be best handled directly between the ReportControl and the Markup core. Thanks for trying it out though...]]>

However, if you try dragging a column header, the markup cursor <b>does</b> override the X cursor. So maybe there is a clue here? How does the D&amp;D cursor remain steady while the X cursor doesn't? Can whatever method D&amp;D is using to maintain its cursor be reproduced by the X cursor code?<br>]]>
