Solved that now. I'm going to use a webbrowser to create the component, then the scrollbars will be skinned with the form.

I need to create my own control for a timeline, so I need to draw it the same way as the skin.

For this I need to get the colour scheme and images for a hscrollbar
 
What options are there for this?
