Does it look like I have all the CJ controls available?

I'm starting with the Common Controls Sample.
How do I add another Split Button?
How do I add another regular button?
What is the best way to create a toolbar and add simple image buttons. Do I have to drop a button control on the toolbar?

Do you have a video showing how to do this? I have no trouble adding buttons and such to the MFC ToolCommandBar toolbar.
