The reason we want to use that instead of a commandbar? Well, it's a complicated coolbar (in a complicated application), and in the short-term we'd like to keep that in place whilst moving others aspects of the codejock controls into the app. We do plan to replace it eventually, but it would be nice to keep it in place in the short term.

I think the easiest way to describe my problem is to reference one of your code samples. In the MDISample code for docking panes (not the command bar version) how would you re-write it so that it used a commandbar for the menu system, but the existing toolbar remained exactly as it is?

We have an MDI form which has the following;

A commandbar object at the top which holds the menu commands.

A standard toolbar (i.e. not a commandbar) beneath this.

A docking pane (docked to the left of the screen) beneath this.

Our problem is that we would like the toolbar to align correctly to the left of the screen; underneath the commandbar menu, but above the docking pane. At the moment it only seems possible to get it to align to the right of the dockingpane. Is there anyway of achieving this?

We've tried using the MoveAlignedControls method but can't seem to obtain the result we want. Is our only solution to convert the toolbar to a commandbar?

Oh, and happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy your turkey.
