Hi;

If you mean the data of one item just try:

CMyRecord* pRecord=reinterpret_cast<CMyRecord*>(m_report.GetRecords()->GetAt(i);
CString strValue=reinterpret_cast<CXTPReportRecordItemText*>(pRecord->GetItem(0))->GetValue();

This should be simple, but doesn't appear so, and is frustrating.
 
I want to get the text/caption of a specific row and column.
 
I need to get this specific data as part of a function that searches for specific text in the ReportControl.
 
I am able to go through all of the rows in the control, but cannot figure out how to get data from a specified column.
