I'm confused.  What can I add to the XtremeCalendar control's resize handler that will cause scroll bars to show up?

I have an XtremeCalendar 13.0 control (Day View).  When in Design mode in Visual studio, the vertical scroll bar shows.  However, when I run the application, the scroll bar isn't visible and I have to navigate down the time slots using the keyboard or mouse wheel.  I need to the scroll bar to appear.
