Hi,
You need update. 10.2 is very old version for skinframework usage.

XTPSkinManager()->LoadSkin(m_strStylesPath + _T("Office2007.cjstyles"));
 
pMainWnd->ShowWindow(SW_SHOWMAXIMIZED);
 
A problem appears on vista OS, ------
