try to change order you create CommandBars and DockingPane.

hi , i use DockingPane.v12.1.1.ocx in VC++ WTL application.
the dockingpanes work with commandbars. it doesn't work well.
i find a solution here, http://www.codejock.com/support/articles/com/dockingpane/dp_3.asp
 
but, i use the activeX control in ATL/WTL C++ project, 
as "DockingPaneManager.SetCommandBars Me.CommandBars", i find the counterpart in C++: "m_spDockingPanes->SetCommandBars(m_spCommandBars);"
 
i don't know how to "Send to Back", i fail to find any member function named SendToBack in _DCommandBars interface.
 
by the way ,  my project is MDI.
