Everyone:

I am encountering a number of issues when attempting to "reset" a ribbon bar created in code.  Here is a short video demonstrating the problem: http://screencast.com/t/wiyJHLQZ1 --

In this forum I have found just one reference to this problem - but no solution. Codejock' support confirms that this is an issue. Codejock' support also confirms that the "Reset" functionality in the built-in Customize Dialog is not actually implemented.

Considering that customizing and resetting a ribbon bar should not be uncommon features... I was wondering if anyone else has encountered these problems... and how did you actually implement the "reset" functionality... ?
