My application includes properties Grid. I include the following command in  my first form initialization code:

PropertyGridGlobalSettings.License = "Property Grid Control Copyright (c) 2003-2009 Codejock Software" & vbCrLf & _
                                     "PRODUCT-ID: Codejock.PropertyGrid.ActiveX.v13.0" & vbCrLf & "VALIDATE-CODE: xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx"

And register the .OCX in the target PC. I did check the registry information by "regedit", it is there.

When my application runs, it get an error saying [Component '' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid]

What could be wrong with my code?
