Not a critical bug, but still... :P

I tried this on XP. Make sure "Show windows contents while dragging" is set in the System.

Open up VistaTaskDialog. Change this line:

StartProgressBarMarquee(TRUE, 10);

StartProgressBarMarquee(TRUE, 200);

Now try the progress sample. The marquee is indeed slow. Now open up Notepad and move the window above the marquee dialog. The marquee speeds up a LOT! This is weird!
