This appears to only be a problem when I use MFC in a DLL. I want to customize the Commands page of the toolbar customization dialog to include a 'Macro' category with a list of commands that will be filled at runtime..i.e macro names.

It seems doable through the CXTCustomizeConnection mechanism and setting the GETCUSTOMGROUPS callback to my own function. I've done this so far, and it does get called. I now add code to instantiate a CXTCustomGroupInfo object to add to the group, but when I compile, the constructor is unresolved.
