I posted an announcement about the policy change. I think we can limit moderation to newbie and untrusted posts as you suggest. We have however limited support from Codejock personnel to customers with an active support contract. This means if you require support directly from Codejock you will need to send an email to <a href="mailto:support@codejock.com" target="_blank">support@codejock.com</a>. We will monitor the forums as usual and will respond to general questions such as product information or features.<br><br>Regards,<br>]]>

I am in NZ.  So it means my posts don't get up for another day unless the moderator works all night as well.<br /><br />Can I suggest if CJ really wants to moderate posts, that they moderate only untrusted/new posters.  There are plenty of people on these forums that don't abuse the privilege, but moderating everyone is heavy-handed and draconian.<br /><br />It also greatly reduces the usefulness of the forums at all, which is a real shame, because they have been very useful to date.]]>
