it's still not supported in 13.4.0. Any idea when you'll add those features?

Thanks Oleg, but I don't want to use bitmaps, I would like to use vector graphics (XAML).

Could you please add suppor for TextBlock.RenderTransform?

Rectangle.RenderTransform and RotateTransform is also missing

you can make main gauge part as single image and only draw Arrow part with Markup's Line
