Hi,
 
Afraid here will be problem. You can distribute ocx but without lic file it won't work in customer side. But you can't distribute lic file.

Dear all,
 
I am building an Excel VBA application.  And I will distribute
my application to my customers, with all the components needed.
 
I want to ask,
(1) Can I use the Property Grid OCX in an Excel VBA application?
 
(2) I need to redistribute this OCX to my customers, and regsvr32
    on their PCs.  Is it legal?
 
(3) Will the OCX display a warning about license on the customers' PCs?
    If so, can I write several  lines in my VBA program,
    in order to restrain the warning?
