As One to Many relation concept this is easy - one report show only "parent" records, another - only "child" records ASSOCIATED with current parent report selection (or focused)

Hi,
 
Is it possible to nest a report control within a report control?
 
I have a parent row and child rows with the tree column working great, but I want the child row columns to be independent of the parent columns as they contain different data/values?
 
Any help greatly appreciated.
