I have a small Xbase++ app that uses SkinFramework 13.0.0.

I cannot get the control to load on a terminal server.
The OCX has been properly registered.

I have applied the license via GlobalSettings but it will still not instantiate the control. The same app works fine on my local computer.

The GlobalSettings object creates just fine, but the SkinFramework control will not.

Any ideas?
