I guess this is your own dialog? Cause I tested this case in SyntaxEdit VB project - and it allows to type (Editable Combobox). The dialog shows correctly and it will find properly, provided that the text to find is entered via paste in the find window. It will not allow me to type any letters. Nothing is entered in the find window via the keyboard. However the Delete key works and the RB Mouse menu works.

Only the keyboard doesn't work.
Any ideas?
