1. Yes.   Call pMenuBar->EnableDocking(xtpFlagAlignAny|xtpFlagFloating);

2. I think it is not possible :(

1. Can menu bar and other toolbar share the same row?

2. Can I popup a menu while right click on a popup menu? Something like menuitem's context menu, eg, right click on IE's favorite menu.
