Change order of panes you create
 
first create Pane5 at bottom, then Pane 4 at Left and then Pane 6 at bottom of Pane 4.

Using the dynamic docking pane sample to illustrate, I'd like my app to appear like this.
 
 
That is, I want "Edit 5" at the bottom of the frame and to the right of "List 6." 
 
However, my code attempts either give me this:
 
 
(which I got via pPaneMgr->DockPane(pEdit5, xtpPaneDockBottom, NULL);), or this:
 
 
which I got via (pPaneMgr->DockPane(pEdit5, xtpPaneDockRight, pList6);). 
 
What is the right way to tell a pane to dock using two points of reference at once?
