2. GUI_VisualStudio and ToolBox samples show it.
3. Ribbon sample show how switch them.
4. yes. Office2007 theme use standard metrics.
5. StatusBar.GetWindowRect.

I have a few questions regarding ToolKitPro.

1) Is it possible for the menubar to be locked into its place? I see that it can be dragged out from its place. I don't want this to happen.

2) Is it possible for CommandBars settings to be saved in XML format? I don't want to use the registry. The docs mention I can use a INI file as well but I don't understand how. The save/load APIs only require section names. How can I set the main INI file to write to?

3) Is it possible to have different Office2007 themes (black, blue etc..) in one application? If yes, then how?

4) If I apply, for example, the Office 2007 theme, how can I get its metrics? (like SM_CYCAPTION etc..). Will the old Win32 GetSystemMetrics work here (I doubt)? or will I have to get handles to the CommandBars and do a GetWindowRect() and calculate manually?

5) How can I get the height of the status bar?

There were some more questions but I will shut up for now :) . Thanks in advance.
