Well after some trial and error I figured it out.
 
PushButton.Icon = ImageManager.Icons.GetImage(101, 24)
 
I was trying to set the PushButton.Picture Property.

Is there any way to use a 32bit alpha image from an ico or png in the Picture property of the PushButton control?  Perhaps even with the ImageManagerIcons?
