m_hBitmap is used if it is Alpha Icon and m_hIcon if not.

It is only one way to support Alpha Icons for all OSes.

I want to use some icons that created in Designer in my application. To do this I wrote the following code:

CXTPCommandBars* pCommandBars = GetCommandBars();

CXTPImageManagerIconHandle& icon = pCommandBars->GetImageManager()->GetImage(ID_FILE_OPEN SESSION)->GetIcon();

But icon handle member m_hIcon contains NULL (icon really exist in resource, it's m_hBitmap handle is not NULL, but it is not usable in my case).

What I did wrong?
