I'm using office2007 tooltips, and i'd like to add a URL (actually, emailto:somebody@somewhere.com)  to the text of the description.  I tried adding some HTML tags to the string, but that didn't work. 
 
I looked at the ToolTipContext example, but I didn't see anything there, either.  Is there a way to do it?
