We upgraded to V12.1.1 and found that when you close the form that the propertygrid is on the app will crash.
 
The attached file is the sample propertygrid modified form to use 2 verbs.
when you click on either verb it will crash. 
 
Version 12.0.2 does not do this.
 
We run windows xp service pack 3 using VB.NET
