We use Saxbasic in our VB6 app. If We use a skin and set the option xtpSkinApplyFrame the editor looks fine but it scrolls the text as soon as the mouse pointer was moved outside the window (without mouse down). It scrolls as if I press the scroll buttons.
 
This behaviour is new in V12, we use 12.1.1.
