The new CXTPProgressCtrl uses XTPControlTheme while the older CXTPButton uses XTPButtonTheme. Both have the same constants, so I assume they have just been copied. Can we please get rid of XTPButtonTheme?

And I already asked it 4 month ago, why does CXTPDialog not have a SetTheme which then all child controls uses?
