For example you can now use Skins with rounded bottom frame.

In 12.0.2 release notes we can see:
- Added support of transparent left, right and bottom frame borders
How to use it? When I apply the Vista skin, I can't see the Aero style on my form. Is it possible? If not, what is the transparent frame borders?
