Hello!

In previous versions of the CJ (11) I've called method statusBar.UseCommandBarsTheme(false). I did it because default implementation of the CXTPStatusBar doesn't support message SB_SETTEXTW with unicode strings when application is built with ANSI strings.

Now the method UseCommandBarsTheme removed. I've commented this line and have got empty status bar.

Please, add this functionality in some new versions of CJ.
