Hi,
 
Is the Xtreme ToolkitPro v12.0.2 able to create an MFC project with RibbontMDISample style enable?
 
I have tried VC++ 6.0 and VC++ 2008, none of them provides me with the Ribbon Choice.  Please see the followed screen shot of VS 2008
