OS sends WM_GETMINMAXINFO only to toplevel windows.

I have a child dialog inside an OCX window. A child dialog never receives WM_GETMINMAXINFO. Hence, the dialog can be sized too small!
 
What would be the best way to get the desired behavior where CXTResize uses m_szMin to block sizing below some point?
