Now CXTPStatusBar doesn't use StatusBar from comctrl32.dll

Hello.

I used a method of the CXTPStatusBar called UseCommandBarsTheme in previous versions of Codejock, now I'm migrating the code to visual studio 2008 and also we have updated our version of codejock components to the last version available (v12.0.2) and a project doesn't compiles because this method is missing.

I haven't found nothing in codejock documentation about how to bypass the problem without losing functionality. By now, I have commented the code, but I'll like to know what is the best solution.
