I figure it out ...
you need to set commandbars.option.iconsize to whatever size you want..
CommandBars.Options.SetIconSize(True, cx,cy)

Dear all,
 
I need to know how to resize the icon to 24x24 or 28x28 when the toolbat button style is set to xtpButtonIconAndCaptionBelow.
 
It always shows with the 32x32 even if I use the seticonsize(24,24).
 
any Ideas ...
