Hi there,

1) Is the positioning of the ribbon bars icons restricted to either having big icons (32x32) one on each 'column' or three small icons (16x16) on top of each other?
Or would it be possible to have two 32x32 icons on top of each other like in this picture:



2) I also would like to know if it is possible, to have 'normal' big icon buttons and the grouped small buttons in one ribbon bar group (maybe divided via a separator) like in this picture:
