Good. I have checked GUI_ViusalStudio7 and I have included from the sample project the following .cpp and .h to my project and it working fine :

PropertiesBarHelpFrame.cpp and .h

PropertiesBarHelpView.cpp and .h

In my html preview window .cpp, I have the following to create the view area:

CPropertiesBarHelpFrame* pHelpFrameWnd;

pHelpFrameWnd = (CPropertiesBarHelpFrame*)CreateFrameDocView(RUNTIME_CLASS(C PropertiesBarHelpFrame), RUNTIME_CLASS( CPropertiesBarHelpView ) );

SetChild(pHelpFrameWnd);

I have kept the sample name functions to be more clear.
